- Anticipatory Medicines - Statewide guidance for Victoria (March 2020) - Describes the use of anticipatory medicines for people with a life-limiting or life-threatening illness who are receiving palliative care or end of life care at home. Guides healthcare professionals in prescribing and obtaining supply of anticipatory medicines and supports healthcare professionals to assist carers to manage symptoms by using these medicines. * NOTE: this guidance is undergoing review by Safer Care Victoria to ensure the content is up to date.
- Terminal Phase Respiratory Secretions Management (April 2024) - The information included here is a guide only and reflects current Victorian palliative care practice and available literature at the time of its release. Please also consider your organisation’s policy and procedures regarding the management of respiratory secretions and end-of-life care.

- Victorian Guideline for the Prevention of VTE in Adult Hospitalised Patients (October 2023) - Developed by an expert working group and providing essential insights and recommendations for VTE prophylaxis. With 50-75 per cent of hospitalised patients having at least one risk factor for VTE this guideline is a crucial tool for the healthcare community.
